Penile girth enhancement with filler is performed in our office by a highly skilled and certified medical professional under strict aseptic medical standards. Prior to commencing treatment, the patient’s medical history will be thoroughly reviewed. Once the patient is deemed suitable, the medical practitioner will sanitize and locally anesthetize the penis using an anesthetic cream.

The hyaluronic acid-based dermal filler, or Bellafill, is then inserted slowly just below the superficial layer of dermis. This increases the girth of the shaft of the penis and reduces the sensitivity of the nerve endings. Since the shaft has been thoroughly numbed and many of the fillers are integrated with fast-acting lidocaine, patients should be free of any pain and discomfort during the procedure.

Penile girth enhancement can be performed using several types of dermal fillers. This includes hyaluronic acid fillers such as Juvederm XC Plus, Voluma XC, Restylane Contour, Lyft and Defyne. Alternatively, Bellafill, a collagen-based PMMA filler, can be used.

The microspheres are made of polymethyl methacrylate, a biocompatible material that provides a lasting support for collagen. Any of these fillers can be combined with PRP dermal injections for maximized effect.
